Severe weather can happen anytime, in any part of the country. During summer months, our area can experience hazardous conditions produced by thunderstorms, including damaging winds, tornadoes, large hail, flooding and flash flooding. Know what to do before, during, and after these storms. Create a communications plan with your family before storms hit. Have emergency supplies in place at home, at work, and in the car. Listen to local officials.
