A Danville man was arrested today on three felony indictments.
Brian Lamont Terry 18, was arrested today on felony indictments handed down by a Danville grand jury.
Terry was arrested on the following charges:
Attempted first degree murder in violation of Virginia State Code 18.2-32.
Conspire to commit first degree murder in violation of Virginia State Code 18.2-32.
Use of a firearm in the commission of a felony in violation of Virginia State Code 18.2-53.1.
The indictments arise out of the continuing investigation of the September 28th 2017 homicide of Louis Isaiah Glenn that occurred on Moffett St.
In October of 2017 two teens were also charged in connection with this homicide.
Stevie Jermaine Johnson Jr. 18, of Danville was charged with conspiracy to commit murder and willfully discharge a firearm in a public place resulting in bodily injury. A 14-year-old male was charged with possession of a handgun while under the age of 18, attempted malicious wounding, and criminal street gang participation.
This past April, 17-year-old Rayshawn Wa-heim Bennett was charged with conspiracy to commit first degree murder, attempted first degree murder, and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, in connection with this investigation. He is still at large.
Johnson and the 14-year- old juvenile are still in custody awaiting trail. Terry is currently housed at the Danville City Jail under no bond.
The investigation is continuing.
