Clear Span Hangar (80 by 80 feet) constructed in 2002 - bathroom/shower, office space with automatic sliding doors $1248 per month
New Clear Span Hangar (60 by 54 feet) constructed in 2023 - electric bi-fold door $1,000 per month
Clear Span Hangar (65 by 60 feet) - bathroom and office space with a bi-fold door $888 per month
Clear Span Hangar (55 feet 6 inches by 51 feet) $505 per month
T-hangars $180 to $210 per month
Tie-downs $40 per month
Personal Property Taxes
The Personal Property Tax Rate is the Inventory Bluebook value multiplied by thirty cents per hundred dollars.
Example: An aircraft that is valued at $100,000 would generate a $300 annual personal property tax fee
Conference Room Rental
There are two meeting rooms located in the terminal building equipped with audio visual equipment available for rent by the hour or per day for business type meetings.
$50 two-hour minimum, $25 per each additional hour
