Danville Parks and Recreation is now accepting registrations for the upcoming Green Legs and Hamstrings trail run on March 9. The race, now in its fifth year, offers running enthusiasts the opportunity to compete in a 5K, 10K or half marathon on the Anglers Park single track mountain bike trail system.

Every group of six or more who pre-register by Feb. 8 will be entered in a drawing to receive a free session on Danville Low Ropes Challenge and Zipline course.
Individuals who register in the month of January will be receive a free month with the purchase of a two-month membership at the Power Zone, which is a 3,200 square-foot facility located on the fifth floor of the City Auditorium and is filled with Nautilus equipment, plate-loaded machines, treadmills, elliptical runners, bikes and free weights.
