[ARCHIVED] Jus’ Cauz Bluegrass Band kicks off Ballou Park concert series tonight

The Centra Medical Group Enchanted Evening Concert Series in Ballou Park will kick-off at 6:30 p.m. tonight with the award winning Jus’ Cauz Bluegrass Band.

The Danville-based group was named the 2012 Best Bluegrass Band in Virginia and is a multi-talented quintet featuring Mark Hudson on guitar and vocals, Davis Lewis on mandolin and vocals, Timmie Martin on fiddle and vocals, Jason Flinchum on bass and Mark Wallace on banjo and vocals.

The concert is free to the public and will be at the main stage in Ballou Park. Be sure to bring a blanket or a chair.

The concert series is held on the third Thursday of every month April through August. In case of rain, the concerts will be moved indoors to Ballou Recreation Center. The concert series is co-sponsored by Centra Medical Group and Danville Parks and Recreation. For more information, call Ballou Recreation Center at (434) 799-5216.
