UPDATE: Missing Person Found Safe

9:26 p.m. 1/30/23 UPDATE: Marvin Pennick has been safely located.

ORIGINAL STORY: The Danville Police Department is searching for Marvin Pennick, 57, who was last seen around 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30 and has a known medical condition.

Pennick was last seen by family in the 100 block of Locust Lane. He was last seen carrying a full bag of clothes. According to the family, Pennick has been diagnosed with dementia and was last wearing a red coat, beige plaid shirt, and black and gray lounge pants.

A K-9 unit is currently being used in the search.
