Starting on Monday, Oct. 16, the right, eastbound lane of Memorial Drive across from Abreu-Grogan Park to the Robertson Bridge will be closed to allow for the installation of a new water main. The installation is expected to take two months to complete.
The left, eastbound lane will remain open.
The installation will require access to Oak Ridge Avenue and Bishop Road from Memorial Drive to be closed periodically. Notice will be provided when the closures will be necessary.
Motorists are urged to slow down and be alert to the altered traffic pattern, allow more time to reach their destination, or consider an alternate route.
