On 7-3-12, Danville Police obtained warrants for Michael Edward Wyatt age 47 of Danville with armed robbery, discharging a firearm, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in this case. Michael has not been arrested. Michael is considered armed and dangerous. If seen call 9-1-1, do not approach Michael.

At 10:11 PM on 7-2-12, Danville Police responded to a reported armed robbery at the PAK Supermarket and Grill located on Westover Drive. An employee advised a white male, medium build approximately 5’10” entered the business wearing a dark gray short sleeve shirt, jeans, a black mask and black gloves. The suspect produced a black handgun and left the store with an undetermined about of money. The suspect left the store and headed west on Westover Drive. No one was injured in this incident.
The police investigation is continuing.
